Cancellation Policy
Minimum group requirement: We must have at least 8 participants confirmed with deposits by September 5, 2025 to secure this trip. If the minimum is not met, deposits will be refunded in full. If you cancel after full payment is made: we will work to transfer your spot to another participant if possible, but refunds are not guaranteed. Hotel option participants: Any cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel based on their cancellation policy. This excludes transportation costs. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
